Refund policy

We want you to be glad you joined. If you are not, this is how refunds work.

14 day money-back promise

If you are unhappy with your first membership payment for any reason, write to info@femtobytes.com within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, though it helps us if you do.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not normally refunded, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal and keep access until the period ends. If a renewal went through by mistake and you have not used the site since, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.

How to cancel

Open your account page and choose "Manage or cancel membership". Cancelling stops all future payments; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
