Who owns the website?
You do. After the final payment the website, its content and the domain name are yours, and the domain and hosting are registered in your name from the start.

A domain name is about $70 a year and hosting with nightly backups about $55 a month, paid by you directly to the providers. There is no monthly fee to Femtobytes.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and colours, the words for each page, photographs, and one person who can approve work. You get a checklist so nothing is forgotten.
